Hopeless customer service

I had submitted my laptop at RT Services which is an authroised service centre for HP on the 9th of September. And they had promised to repair and during repair would also keep updating about the whole process. Wherein I didnt receive any information for 2 weeks and then I had to make a complaint and after a week I got a call that my system is ready but when I went to take it and checked my system things that required to be repaired were repaired but there were other things which were damaged and I had ben informed I would be contacted and updated and I should receive my laptop in another 3 days wherein it has been a week and half and I havent received any information.

This is the most pathetic and awful experience I have had in my life and that too with a company having an established name.

I wouldnt ever suggest HP to anyone.
