I HAD BOUGHT A LAPTOP FROM THE COMPANY. SINCE DAY I OF PURCHASE LAPTOP HAS BEEN GIVING PROBLEMS. the product has been launched by the company without proper R& D. the product is a total failure. the motherboard gets faulty every alternate day. kindly follow the link. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document? lc=en&cc=in&docname=c01296338&dlc=en the customer care people refuse to agree to what is given on website. the service centre people are ill trained.eevery alternate day the laptop is going to service center for repair. shameful company offiials do not respond and show utter disregard to customer satisfaction.
