No one to respond to my query and laptop in service center since past 1 month

I gave my laptop to service center in kolkata for touch pad problem which was replaced in Bangalore about 70 days back.

Since after the touch pad has been replaced i have been facing the same problem i was facing before.

I gave my laptop to the service center on 17th of december for repairs.

Till date i have not received my laptop back.

Twice I have received a call from service center that my laptop was ready and I could come and collect it. Every time I visit my laptop I find it giving the same problem. Every time they assure that this wont be repeated and I would receive a call soon.

After 29th I havent received any call or msg from the service center.

I keep calling them but no one is there to ans my call.

I tried calling the HP helpline but didnt receive any help from there also.

I had sent mails several no. of times to the HP site but still no contact.

If they dont have parts to repair the laptop then how is the same model available for sale in the market.

It seems HP is least bothered about their customers.

The people in service center are so damn rude and they hardly attend you for a minute.

I have made the biggest mistake of my life by choosing HP .
