I have applied for a broadband connection with airtel some weeks back. They promised to provide the service in 1 week, but still 2 weeks passed I have not got the connection nor did anybody update me the reason for their delay. Finally I reached a team leader Mr. Dayhyanithi (9884044228), he passed it on to Mr. Gopal (9940011253). There is no proper response from anyone. I tried Mr. Wilfred (9941064604) the person who promised the connection to happen in 1 week. There is no proper reply, every one of them said, we’ll call you back shortly. But there isn't call back. I am scared now to recommend Airtel to anyone. I feared BSNL, but now I am more scared of Airtel. Can anyone tell me why there is this delay or no customer care or inefficient employees working for airtel.
