Non-Receipt of Courier at the Destination Point

We are the customer for Professional for more than 5 years and this is the first time we are facing a problem. Hence we need your help to solve this problem.

I have sent an courier to my Head Office at Pune (Tender Document). The Address to which the courier was sent is as follows:

NEAR PREMIER LIMITED, PIMPRI, PUNE - 411018

MAHARASHTRA

This consignment was sent from Guduvanchery to Pune. The Courier Docket Number is CGL 1043291 dtd 28.08.09.

The above said courier was not yet delivered and kindly let me know whether it is lost in transit or what.

My problem is that I had sent an Tender through the above docket Number. If it is really lost, I need to but a new Tender as the last date for Issue of Tender will be 08.09.09
