Illegal activity in NDLS

On 30th oct i saw a man taking Rs2 from everyone going to toilet of NDLS i complain this to the nearest railway police constabe- instead of taking any steps he reply "if you want to give him money yo can otherwise dont do that".

then i wnet to thea same guya and said that my father is in media then he alllowed me to move inside the toilet without any charge...

i also saw 2 black ticketers in ndls taking with one railway police constable..

delhi raily police is corrupted... they allows all illegal activities in NDLS..

PLEASE SOME ONE TAKE ANY SEVERE STEP AGAINST THIS PROBLEM..
