This is Vikas Tryambake (Star Maza Reporter) from Pune gold credit card holder of HSBC and I have very bad experience with HSBC Customer Care from Chennai.
1) Month of Feb’09, Mr. Swaminathan had called me from Chennai saying you have to pay 1000 Rs as a settlement amount. As per our communication I have paid 1000 Rs as a settlement amount. After 15 day’s I got statement however I paid settlement amount 1000Rs. CPD no of settlement amount is CPD30536154.
2) When talk to customer care, no satisfactory answer, they said I will give you this no and call on that no (Actually that number does not exist)
3) Second time, I again received call from Mr Akash on 13/04/09. He told me to make
the payment 2200 Rs for reactivate the credit card. If you pay 2200 Rs you will get the card within 08 working day’s on your mailing address. I have paid 2200 Rs on 13/04/09 CPD no is CPD30656498. Still I have not received any card on my mailing address.
4) So many time, I ask to talk any senior person then hang me on 30mins waiting and at the end call cut.
These are some bad experience with HSBC credit customer care. If HSBC can't provide good service then I think there is no uses of customer care in HSBC.I think there is no observer on customer care in HSBC.
Please look into this matter within 08 day’s otherwise I will take the action against HSBC Credit card department.
