Deducting charges witjuout any usage of service

I have activated the New plan of Hi15 on 2nd of october since then daily they are deducting Rs.4/- since that day for STD pack which i never activated or never used the STD pack.

Without any confirmation they are deducting the amount. I have complained it to customer care but the service is pathetic and third class. There is no service at all, they are just bluffing people, i have registered 2 complaints, the complaint number are 247853696 & 248982613. they Just hang on the call and lastly the call is lot. I have requested for the fund that is deducted without any usage and for deactivating the STD pack that i never activated.
