Rejection of new connection

Respected sir,

I am living in a rental house at Sasthamugal, near Hill Palace, Tripunithura, Cochin. Yesterday I went to a gas agency called M/s. Manisha Gas Agency, Eroor, Tripunithura for new connection. As per them I am not eligble for geting new connection as I have no Ration Card. I have a rent agreement as a identity for my living but they deney my appliaction due to this reason.

Kindly note that my parents are living in a rural area & they are using a connection by taking a connection through ration card. So I cannot submit my ration card for taking the gas connection.

So I request you to kindly help me in this regards,
