Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that, we have lodged a complaint on 22.04.08 vide complaint No.50874449 for replacement of fillters. Our Permanent customer No.1002923560.

Daily we have been following up with your helpline No.39883333 and the person whom contacted informs that it will be done today, but nothing happens.

This is to inform you that, ours is a company which employees about 80 employees and due to non repair of this equipment driking water has become big problem. We request you to take immediate action to get the fillters rectified immediately. As further delay will lead to labout problem at our unit for which you will held responsible.
