High land holiday home
False promises to sell there product

I want to file complain regarding of Bajaj high land holiday home for their false promises to

sell there product. So how can I do this can you please guide me how to do this.

my problem:

one day i got a call from I.H.R.S (one of highland

vacation club marketing division) they told me that we are part

of Bajaj group .we are providing you 5 year holiday package

6night, 7days holiday/year in Rs 24000.

I went there office in Raheja Arched Koramangala, bangalore. They

told me and given in written that if you took this plane and pay

through your icici credit card, then there will be 0% interest for

24 month, incase if bank will charged any inertest and service tax

then our company refund you the whole interest and service tax

taken by the bank. And the marketing person also gave me in written. After I had taken the plan through my credit card, bank charged me inertest and service tax. I complain

then minimum 100times then they only refund me 40% and told me

that we are not going to provide rest amount. I have to bear that amount. They just try to avoid my complain .they are not also not responding properly for that. And I asked them regarding their marketing people’s promise, they told me that they only refund for one year. But they did not tell me that thing when I had taken the plan. They are just playing with me by taking the money.

2nd complain: they told me that and given the details of their tie up hotels and resort. And told me that they will only charge utility charges and explain me utility charges. Means extra

facility you have taken from the resort like spa, rose water bath etc... then I booked hotel in Ooty they charged me Rs 950/night, and hotel also charging same rent/night. So I did not find any benefit by paying a huge amount to highland. I had sent so many mail regarding this matter, they did not able to give me proper reply. When, I called them regarding emi

and services tax refund either they behave rudely or told me that we did not

get any response from Chennai office .now it is seems to be I lost my money.
