Dear Sir,

Regarding the above subject matter I would like to bring in your kind attention.

I had received a call from highland holiday home on february 20 telling that i had won a gift voucher for 7000Rs. When i reached there, they had a session with all the people and had talked about a membership with which you can stay in 40 resorts of highland all being 5 star hotels. And another set of 60 resorts throghout india which they have tie up.

With the membership a family could stay 8 days per year at 600Rs per day charge. As the membership sounded good and as they told this offer was only if you take it on the same day. I had taken the membership paying them 30000Rs through my credit card and they asked me to pay the remaining soon after.

But to my shock when i enquired with some of the resorts which they had offered they informed me that they do not have any tie up with Highland holiday homes. When i reached Highland holiday homes for cancellation of the membership they told to come after 2 days. Then they told to come after 1 week like that they went on. Now they are not ready to do the cancellation nor they have provided me the membership.

I have ended up paying 30000Rs to them without getting any service from them.

Sir, I would like to request you to look into the matter and take necessary action to help me.
