NOT GET THE INTERNET CONNECTION TILL NOW

I have applied for BSNL broad brand Connection and given request on last month 27th. It was approved frist week of May. When I Approached BSNL office @ Arroor, I was Intimated to Submit my Landphone. So I have submited the same and it was changed and New Modum and Land phone (Wireless) connection given to me. They told me to just connect it with Computer, but the connection was not possible, when I approached a Software engineer, he confirm that the Connection software need to be installed from BSNL team. So I again approached the office. Neena Madam cam to my Home and checked everything lastweek and told me to give a CD of this software to install.

After that I have contacted everyday, no revert from BSNL arroor and Kuthiathode office.

I need the connection at the earliest to fulfil my Official activities
