Good after noon sir,

this is angusamy frm bangalore, i have opened a/c last year dec month, stil i am not getting atm card, first time i applied application form itself that also not coming, after that i applied separetly that also not coming, i enquired bank manager, he has given customer care no, what they told card ll be despached within 10 days, i am very sufferd without atm card, plz help me sir,
