After Sale service problem

Dear Sir / Mam,

I have puerchased Sukam / UPS 600 VA (SturdyI) and Amco / Batt 150 AH from the said company. The bill no is R86 dated 28/7/08.

Now the batt is not working so I called the AMCO person. When he came he checked the batt. and said that there is problem in batt. but he will not be help because the warrenty card which the dealer has give is expired.

The card is of 2007 and my purchase was in 2008. He told me to get the new card from dealer. I talked to dealer and He said to me to send the original card and then he will send new card as per my billing date. Accordingly I send him the original card.

But now he not sending the card and not even picking up the phone also.

Please help me.
