Personal loan rejection

I was refused a personal loan from Reliance Consumer Finance Ltd saying that I have got one credit card payment written off in my name. Wherein I believe that i have no such card in my name. When i contacted the bank for the same, they told me that the card was in use but has recently been blocked due to non payment of dues. In these circumstances what should I do? I am deep need of money and without any reason i am finding me in a nop mans land. Kindly help...
