Cross blade problem its not working properly

I purchased a magic bullet mixer grinder from Hilton Enteprises in Bandra-Kurla complex (in IEC exhibition) dated 04/01/09. He had given one year warranty. During delivery time he showed grinder works only. After delivery one day we tried to make some juice but its leaking because gasket is not available in juicer (cross) blade. I phoned him and told about the problem in the month of January. He told me he will send a person that person changed the blade and your problem will short out. From that day onwards I am calling every alternate day for replacing the cross blade but every day he is telling tomorrow or today person will come. But nobody is coming for replacement. I am waiting everyday for that person in my home thinking every time he should not go back without replacement but nobody came. I got tired and fade up with his behavior. I think wo mujhe tall raha hai. Now what I can do?
