Not allowed inside the venue even after having valid tickets

We had bought 12 tickets for the cricket match to be held in Dharamshala HPCA stadium for the 16th of April. But even after having valid tickets and standing outside the stadium for at least one and a half hour the security did not let us in. We had got kids with us and had travelled specially from Ludhiana to watch the match spending more than 50000/-. It was very disapointing when they did not let us in and we had to return to our hotel without seeing the match.
We want refund of our tickets because the HPCA refunded the tickets next day, thereby admitting their mistake but we had already left Dharamshala.
