Not refunded the amount Rs. 11000

They took Rs. 11000/- from me in 2006 and as per their plan they promised to refund the amount year after year with cumulative interest, but after visiting their office many times they have not yet either given any amount back not they are refunding the principal amount.

what should i do please guide i have their Address
