Faulty new acer laptop, company defect

Please note that we recently bought Three Laptops from your Reseller M/s Omniscient Computer Consultants, Dev Nagar Karol Bagh, New delhi vide bill Number OCC/R/00023/07-08 dated 24th Sep 2007. One unit out of the three is repeatedly troubling us and hampering the purpose for which it was bought, causing us financial loss and harassment in addition.

The unit broke down first time in October itself and was given to your Service centre Digital solutions Lajpat nagar, new delhi on 20th Oct under logged complain no 101907-90. They took good number of days to check and rectify the error and said we have changed the laptop with New Mother board and that it is fine for using now.

Then again the Laptop gave up working and was sent for another time to the same centre under 110707-86 dated 7th Nov. This time they took more than 10 days to tell us that there was nothing wrong with the system and that we can take back our laptop now. We have taken back our Laptop on 20th Nov hesitatingly knowing that this is a Defective unit.

This letter is to inform you that we want a replacement of this unit as we cannot use this undependable system for our jobs. We are responsible people and cannot rely on such laptop which may again break down without notice. Please understand that we never wanted to pick back this laptop from your service centre but we were told to file a complaint to you directly and ask you to address our issue.

So far our other two Laptops are functioning fine and so we are not complaining about it, therefore please try and understand our genuine & valid request. The laptop seems to be heating too much even now & that may be the reason for repeat faults.

We had already send the courier to the regional manager and The Technical manager of acer company, but I found no reply from their side.

I request you to solve our issue quickly and maintain your high standard customer service support. Please do not let the situation come to a point where we have to choose other paths or ways to get our issue addressed.
