Reversal of Transaction Charges

I have open my current account in the name of M/s Himalya Adventure Account number 023805002209.

Your branch Manager (Mr. Surjit Gill) his mobile number is 9888884448, told me if you have maintain the balance of Rs. 25, 000/- You have recive the amount of 5, 00, 000/- Five lac out station (Non Home branch) it is free of charges. But your bank charge a amount of Rupees 8500/- (Eight thousand five hundred Rupees) in my current account. But at present your branch Manager transfer to Hoshiarpur branch your present branch Manager told me they have dont reverse my all payments. they have reverse the payment of Rupees 4300/- (Four thousand Three hundered Only) but they have deduct my payment of Rupees 8500/-

That is your branchManager fault they told me you have recive the all pyaments of non home branch but your bank deduct the payment of Rupees 8500/- Transaction charges. this is your branch Manager fault.

Please reverse my payment of Rupees 8500/- Eight thousand Five hundered only) as soon as possible.
