RECIEVED A MAIL AND CHARGING RS 550 FOR FILE MAINTANENCE

I have received a mail from the above comapny for the selection process and they have mentioned Rs.550 fro the file maintenace and other charges which are under the comapny rules to be charged.

I want to know that is this company a regsitered comapnay or a fake company which is cheating the people.
