Dear Sir,

.I have registered for a 60 square meter plot in Greater Noida alpha sector in the year 1990 with Himgiri Sahkari Awas Samiti Limited (Regd) 1418/28-8-90 Ghaziabad UP, under member ship No 294, holding Share certificate no 1145 dated 29-12-1991, earlier office was mentioned in Keshav Pura Delhi.and Mr Mohan Chand Chandola was a hony secretory and Mr PP Sharma was a senior executive. The full required amount was paid to the Treasury Mr Sanjeev Malhotra in 1991 who was also Resident of Keshav Puram area and after a while they had stopped contacting me and also to other various members for updating on plot status, soiety meeting venue etc., Except once that The Himgiri society case was in High court of Lucknow for society original on account of plot allotment disputes with UP state Govt etc also a despute with Sanjeev Housing Society which was located very near by area in Alpha sector Near BPL plant Hamidpur, Greater Noida, UP

I can share with you all the documentary details in person once you may confirm to help me to sort out the issue or i should take any legal step against the society authorities.

They are not at all in touch with me from last many years, As I understood that they keep changing their society activity office from Keshav Puram to Sarojini Nagar, Delhi address or so on, so that no proper communication may possible be with selected members. I have already paid amount for 60 sq meter plot and additional amount for sewage, passage road development charges and other essential corporation clearances etc as required by them time to time.

How can i come to know about the where about and society address and their latest development and plot allotment registration in my case etc

The society was originally formed by the employees of National Institute of Malaria Research, Delhi, a Govt of India enterprises.
