Corruption at hindalco industries belgaum

During the last one year therc was heavy corruption for awarding contract in Hindalco industries Belgaum. This was there in engineering department related to projects. Honest contractors could not get jobs and were sent away for small reasons. There are two main senior persons in engineering involved in heavy corruption. They had made huge amount of money. One person has purchased land in kangarali for 60-70 lakhs through the corrupt contractor who has been given job. This land amount was partially financed by contractor. This senior officer has been harassing other contractors by troubling and sending them away. This senior officer was also involved in recriturment irregularities. He used to recruit his own village people to gain political support. We tried to bring this notice of corruption to management but it could not be done as he had different links The other officer who is also corrupt has joined 5 years back in the company and has made very good money in 5 years he has purchased properties. If this continues small contractors cannot to work . many contractors have been working without fear in hindalco belgaum for many years because of good management conditions. This corruption spoils the name of Hindalco which is known to be a good company Hence we request the higher management to take a note of this corrupt practice existing at belgaum and stop the same so that other contractors can earn their livelihood. There are 3 most corrupt contractors two are from Belgaum and one is from nearby belgaum Urgent action in this regard will have to be done. We think Mr Anna hazre has to be brought here to end this corruption practice
