Dear Sir,

Hind Terminals a new Container freight station opened at Nhava Sheva a part of Samsara and MSC agency has the worst of services. They survive because they are the themselves are agents for the shipping lines. Even if we tell the line to divert to CFS of our choice the lines ignore us as its their own shipping agency. They collect Auction charges on containers crossing 30 days which is not displayed in their tarrif. Its the only CFS that charges the same. If we ask where is the proof that they have send the notice they have no evidence in form of a postal receipt that the same has been send.
