Poor Service

Hello,

My name is Rosalind Pinto and we have a Maintainence contract for our computer for a period of 2 years. My husband and I have been contacting the HCL representative who have been promising to visit our residence since early December since our computer is not working, however there has been no response from them and whenever we call they do not answer the phone either. There is one person named Amod whose contact number is 9819371182 who has repeatedly promised to help us out but no help has been provided by him either. This is another contact number to the service centre - 40510263. Last evening we smsed Amod on the above moble number stating that if there was no response from him we would take this up further but I guess he ahs ignored this message just like he does our calls. My husband is 70 yrs old and I am 53 and we are not in a position to keep following up wiht them. PLEASE HELP us out... we don't know where else to go. Hoping and awaiting a response from you.
