Fraud in Delivery of material

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is a Packers And Movers compay. I had given contract to this company for Packing, Loading, Shifiting by dedicated closed container tempo, unloading and rearranging at destination with insurance and risk of contractor of my house hold materials (from Borivali to Mundra, Gujarat) They have not followed below clause as agreed.

1) Shifted material by part load inplace of dedicated vehical.

2) Shifted material by ordinary tempo inplace of closed container tempo.

3) Delivered materail after 6 days in place of 2 days.

4) Not done the insurance as claimed / not giving copy of insurance.

5) Agreed to unload some material and load some material from Viramgam (On the way to rout) but not done.

6) Some material lost or stolen in transist.

7) Material received in damage condition and wet condition.

8) They are not providing documents for the payment made.

9) They are not responding / taking responsibility as agreed for delay, lost and damage material.

10) They are threatning me to pay balance payment which I have kept on hold due to above issues.

I need justice for the above issue. with refund money for delay, lost and damage of material.
