Fractured connectivity of broad band connection from BSNL Bhiwani

We have been subscribed to the BSNL broadband services for around more than one year. Since its starting our broad band services could not be stablised. We often faces the problem with the connection. During the last one month, We are getting the factrured connectivity. It gets disconnected for very long hours. Whenever, we ask about the restoring the services. We have been told that this the problem due to Gurgaon and sometime it is being related to Banglore also. Hope this forum will put farward my concern and will able to get the quality services.
