Non working of pure it water purifier system

Sir,
I purchased pure-it water purifier system on October. In the month July the battery of the system was indicating red light. I called executive expert in the customer care on 4th July. But the executive expert came in my house after 22 days after so many requests. Due to delay, the bottom of the Jar (pure-it water purifier system) began green colour.
He changed the battery and charged Rs. 220/- for installation the same and clean the surface of Jar which was green. But after few days the bottom the jar began green colour. Again I called Executive Expert, he advised me that the Micro-Fibre Mesh is to be changed and also keep the pure-it pedestal in the bottom and charged Rs. 175/-.
But after few days the bottom of the Jar (pure-it water purifier system) began green colour and water flow down from joint. We are facing the problems till today.
We are in tension. We are suffering from water diseases. I purchased the product because this is Hindustan Liver Product. Therefore, you are humbly requested to kindly take necessary action as early as possible.
