I purchased a HLL water purifier (pureit) 5 monyhs ago. The tap has broken and inspite of making calls to the customer care help line (given to me by the retailer) from past 1 month i have not recieved any response. now I have the only option to throw away the filter cause the tap cannot be fixed by any local plumber and go for a product with better services.
