Poor service from HLL Pure it on battery kit delivery

Hi Concern,

With respect to the above subject, I requested to change the batter kit on 31.05.2009 after that I have spoke to call center many times, till date no one bother to come and change the same.

I am facing this kind of problem since last 2 years and we can't keep one person to follow up with you people. Realy there is no meaning in selling this product and stop selling this to customers. Close your purit manufactureing company.

When I called, each time they promised to send same day or next day. Till now nothing is executed.

I feel buying this product is good but service of HLL to customers is very very very bad.

I suggest people to think twice before buying this product. My request with company is when you cant serve to customers please stop selling this product instead off trubling the customers.
