Worst service

Hi,

I am having a pure it water filter for which i placed order for a refill 12 days ago but it has not been delivered.

The support service of pure it is so worst, Each time I call up I am assured of having the customer care person reach my house. Which never happens and dont even call back the customers by any executive even. I have naver seen such a worst after sale customer service.

Finaly I never suggest to BUY HLL Pure It.
