Pure it - Very bad customer service

Below is the complaint mail which was send to HLL

Hello,

First of all let me thank you for the wonderful customer care service. We have lodged a complaint for broken tap almost more than 2 months back and made so many calls to 9243100100 and same standard answer "your request would be addressed within 2 days". now we feel that we have spend more than Rs. 1600 for making calls to your customer care centre and feels better to go for another brand than spending more money for making calls to you guys.
