Change of battery

I ordered for a replacement battery on 15th Oct and the helpline executive gave me an order no. and mentioned that within 3 days the battery someone would come to my residence and replace the battery for Rs. 315/- (which is the standard procedure). It has been 7 days now and nobody has turned up. Even after repeated follow-ups with the helpline executive nobody has turned up. This is so unexpected from a reputed organization like HLL. I do not know whom to turn to now. Perhaps the Chairman of HLL.

I, for one, will never recommend Pureit water filter to any of my acquaintances.
