Dear Sir/Madam,

I chetan kumar regular consumer filling fuel from this HP AUTO CARE CENTER, 44/2A, NH-7, K.G.HALLI GATE, BANGALORE-560092 this petrol outlet is situated on a busy Internationl Airport Rd of bangalore were the outlet is equiped with 8 petrol stations of which 4 for 2wheelers and remaining 4 for 4wheelers, on 16-june, thursday exactly at 9.10pm (one hour before closing time) only 1 unit was operational the outlet was fully crowded with two wheelers waiting for re-fuelling.even after kind request from 3 to 4 consumers (including me) the operators was not responding forcing us to make the Q.we started demanding to start another station so that we/consumers can save the time and Q, few operators were standing and chit chatting replyed that we are off-duty those stations are under brakedown only one station is working.kindly look into it there is a lot of inconvenience and under standard service from this outlet.
