Rude Behaviour of H.P. Employees

I am a regular customer of H.P. Petrol pump and i believe H.P. Petrol pumps always give better services then other pumps but recently I had a very bad experience with one of the H.P. Petrol Pump. I never expected this sort of rude behaviors from HP employee.
that pump is located at Subhash Nagar (Delhi) Near Subhas Nagar Metro Station
