Non delivery rude behaviou

The dealer in Hosur (Tamil Nadu) makes funny rules & even misbehaves. He says booking will happen only after completing 25 days from last delivery and to make things worse he will take on an average 2 weeks for delivery. The delivery boy demands extra buck for delivery - doesnt return balance.

In case HP is ok with this image - very fine. In my opinion the dealer should be heavily penalized
