Delay in delivery of gas every months only in shiv shakti gas agency, pune

I have a HP LPG Connection. My Consumer No. is 612542 booked gas on 12.01.2008. It was told to me that the cylinder will be delivered to me within 10 days. However, 33 days have gone by but I have not received the supply. I have been continuously following up with the Agency (Shiv Shanti Gas Agency Pune-43.Ph. no.24378060, 24364960) but to no avail. Yesterday, they told me to collect a cylinder from the agency buyhand, still they will not given the cylinder.

Last ONE MONTHS BOOKING 21 DAYS BOOKING PERIOD (as per the hp rules & regulation) = 54 DAYS overd still i will not recieved a cylinder.

Please, take a nessary action against this agency & try to solve the problem as early as possible.
