Forced Sale of Hot Plates

The dealer Onkar Gas services is forcing us to buy Hot Plates & we don't need it so kindly do provide me the Respective officer contact no. where I can Lodge a complaint. I had also lodge a complaint on companies website on 27/02 & is yet to receive response from thier side.
