NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

We have booked the HP GAS CYLINDER (OFFICE AT SHAHDRA.) THROUGH AGENCY GANGA ENTERPRISES on 11/08 and our booking no. is 206401. But inspite of this we haven't received the cylinder yet. We have also called up the customer care office but now they are telling that your gas has not been booked yet... and there is also no response from the complaint no. of that agencies, they are not picking up the phone..

So, I request to please send the gas immediately, as its very urgent.
