Non delivery of LPG cyclinde

I am a consumer of the following HP Gas Agency -

I have booked my LPG cylinder thru internet on 4/08 (Booking No. 75071) and again on 9/08 (Booking No. 75754)

After that I booked on 1716 again for 2 times.

After that I booked to local distibutor (details mentioned above) on his mobile number.

After that I today called helpline no. 22013996.

But till date I have not received my LPG cyclinder.

Please tell me if there is any other option regarding above to get the delivery of my cyclinder. I have now get frustated as I had lodged the sane complaint to the owner of the gas agency and even to Hindustan Petroleum number of times, but it never worked.

Please look into the matter and take necessary action to avoid this happen in future.
