NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER EVEN AFTER 23DAYS OF BOOKING

I have booked for supply of Gas Cylinder on 19.08.2008 with Lalitha Gas Agency, Kengeri Upanagar, Bangalore for consumer no. 624331 and was informed that the cylinder will be delivered within 1week (i.e. 7 days). To our surprise the 7 days have not passed to the dealer eventhough 23days have passed for the customer. After subsequent enquiries we were given invoice no. 157049 to verify with the delivery dept. But till today 11th sept the delivery has not been happened.

is there any responsible officer in HP to control this type of bad service being provided to the customers by the gas dealers.

hope i would get a reply from a responsible officer of HP.
