Unfair results regarding selection of retail outlet deale

Respected Sir, This is to inform you that as per the advertisement dated 15th aug appointment for retail outlet dealer at dharangaon upto 3km from the railway crossing on jalgaon road the selected candidate Mrs Shakina Khujema Shakir wife of Khujema Shakir who is already partner in M/S Hakimuddin Kikabhai and Sons (BPCL S.K.O dealer at dharangaon) Khujema's brother Mustaq Shakir who is BPCL retail outlet dealer at dharangaon (Kikabhai Mulla Kaderbhai & Sons) Shakna's nephew Murtuja Mustaq Shakir also a dealer of BPCL retail outlet at jalgaon (Kadri transport co) Shakina's brother in law is also a dealer of BPCL at amalner dist jalgaon.as per petroleum companies rule act if blood relation of family members are already dealers of BPCL they cannot apply in HPCL they have misguided the company by breaking rule already they have so many firms of bpcl retail outlet still they are selected for hpcl retail outlet this unfair decision by hpcl the result for the application was on 27th jan the selected candidate list is as follows:

1) Mrs Shakina Khujema Shakir

2) Mrs Aarti Raju Patil

as shakina khujema shakir has cheated the hpcl but still they are selected this is unfair to mrs aarti raju patil where has i am also liable to be selected as a dealer so please sir help me to get right decision.

sir hope so you will help me out to get right decision from hindustan petroleum shakina shakir and family have so many dealership i must also get chance because even i deserve.
