A letter booked at Delhi on 12/09 paying the charges to the courier reached my hand on 18/09 at 15.15 hrs after at least 2 dozens of telephonic follow up. The purpose of people choosing courier is for fast delivery but on contrary the courier organization like this choose to deliver to their own whims and fancies. While following on phone the kind language and way of speaking was also very unpalatable. The reference no of the same is 10525959. In there a way such things can be improved in our country
