Non delivery of Gas Cylinder in time

I am resident of Bangalore. I have LPG Gas connection of Hindustan Petroleum. My consumer No. 638068 for LPG, and the Agency through which we get Gas is m/s Indu Gas Agencies, (Address: No. 41, 2nd Main, 3rd Cross, Ganga Nagar, Yelenhaka, Bangalore).

Delivery of Gas is due since last one and half months. Indu Gas Agencies, Yalahanka, is neither giving delivery of the LPG Gas cylinder in time nor respond over phone. All the time the phone gets no reply. When we visit personally, they some say, Refill has not been done yet or come after some days.

It is requested to rectify the defects of Gas Agents.
