Deay in refil delivery and very poor customer support

Iam a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number 502917 and the dealers name & tel no is Aadhunik Gas, tel no is 2425256 & 2433555.I had booked the gas on 09/02 . I have yet to receive the delivery.

I am not been able to contact the gas agency on the phone. They have got two phone namely 2425256 & 2433555. The first one gets always gives busy tone . he second one gets rings after prolonged attempt of about 15 minutes and even after the ringingg they don's care to lift phone. This is happening for quite a few months. We have to struggle in contacting the agency. It may pleas be reviwed and emedial measures may be taken. Corrrective measues may please be taken to adress the grivances.
