NOT EASILY REACHABLE, NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, NO ON TIME DELIVERY

I am having only a single cylinder connection and whenever i wanted a refill i am not able to reach any of their phone numbers. It is always engaged. I am a working proffessional and i have to spend my time to go their place which is nearly 2 km away from my house to book. Also you have to face a unsavoury welcome from them, the way they speak, i dont know how these people were selected.

It takes nearly 21 days for refill. What will be the position of a single cylinder household? and i can see the delivery boys deleivering the cylinder which is booked on my name to another household in black market.

kindly look into it seriously or i will be disconnecting my services with HP .
