Non Picking up of phones by Gas Agency

I am trying to book my gas through phone banking but KAMAL GAS SERVICES phone no provided to me 27471374, 27470952 always remain either busy or just ringing and nobody picks up phone. I am facing this problem from last 6 months. Every time i have to go there for booking personally. Agency reply is they are responding to the phone calls, however in actuals they are not picking up phone even in front of me.
