Delay in gas

RESPECTED SIR,

I have a gas connection whose no is 501678 the name of satish kumar .i booked on gas on dated 21/12 and i have also booking no.through internet.my problem is that on dated 14/01 i complaint against the distributor for delay in gas my gas is reached at my house on dated 18/01.and last gas received by me on dated 30/11.i m realy say to sorry that first after one month of booking i received the gas and no legely taken action to the distributor by company what is the reason to delay the gas? can tell me answer the company gaves me.if u not take a action to the distributor then how can work will b own plz take necessery action to the distributor my phone no is PARVEEN ARORA MOB- 098887-50117
