Non receipt of refil cylenda

I have booked my gas cylender on dated 15/05 at Kasganj Gas Co. Laxmiganj Kasganj, Dealer of HP Gas wide booking no.8274. My cosumer no. is 542662.I have already make one complaint at Jihaan.hpcl.co.in on 20/06 wide complaint no.08003208.But no response has been received from their side up till now. So please get into the matter to ensure supply of cylendar in proper period and also to make clear for future that in how many days delivery will be made after booking.
